These terms govern the use of the portfolio studio services provided by Principals Address. By engaging our services, you agree to the conditions described below. Please read them carefully before commissioning an executive portfolio, leadership narrative, or board-ready profile.
Principals Address provides professional portfolio development, including guided interviews, competency mapping, narrative editing, and the production of structured leadership documents such as executive summaries, board profiles, and career narratives. The final deliverables are prepared for the individual client named in the engagement agreement and are intended for professional presentation to boards, recruiters, and executive search partners.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the discovery interviews and to verify the factual details of your employment history, achievements, and qualifications. The accuracy of the final document depends on the information you supply. We may request supporting documentation for notable claims, and we reserve the right to decline to include statements that cannot be reasonably substantiated.
While we work closely with each client to shape their narrative, Principals Address retains editorial control over the structure, language, and presentation of the final documents. We do not fabricate achievements, inflate job titles, or misrepresent employment dates. Our goal is to present your genuine professional history in the most compelling and credible manner possible.
All information shared during the portfolio development process is treated as confidential. We do not disclose your personal details, employment history, or draft materials to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Completed portfolios are delivered directly to you and are not added to any public directory unless you request otherwise in writing.
Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the final portfolio documents for your own career purposes. The underlying templates, frameworks, and editorial methods used to create your portfolio remain the intellectual property of Principals Address. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the documents in a manner that implies our endorsement of a third party.
Principals Address is not liable for outcomes resulting from the use of the portfolio, including but not limited to hiring decisions, interview outcomes, or career advancement. While we aim to produce documents that clearly articulate your leadership impact, we cannot guarantee specific results from recruiters, boards, or search committees. Our total liability under any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds, as stated in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond that scope may be arranged at an agreed rate. We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time of your engagement will apply to your project.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within fourteen days. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for services completed up to the date of termination. Sections concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.
